Jergens Overnight Repair Nightly Restoring Moisturizer Review

We live in Chicago and winters can be quite harsh here. As a result, my husband has very dry, chapped, and cracked hands. I bought the Jergens Overnight Repair moisturizer, especially for him. It's hard to get him to take care of his skin because he doesn't like to use anything on his body except for soap. But his hands got to a point where he felt like he needed to do something. They were super dry, cracked, and started bleeding. He's been using it for a week now and we definitely saw some change. His hands look and feel smoother, and hydrated.

Jergens has a lot of moisturizers aimed at different needs of people and Overnight Repair was launched 3 years back for really damaged wintertime skin repair. They claim to repair a week's worth of damage in a night, and the product does seem to be working like they say. 

The cream is a little thick but not as thick as body butter and neither as runny as lotion. Its consistency is somewhere in between. The pumping system works great. It glides on smoothly and sinks fast into the skin, leaving a hydrated look/feel. It is not greasy at all. And the scent is not overwhelming, it is a mild and pleasant smell.

The directions of use and claims are clearly given on the back of the bottle. Just apply it all over your body after your shower.

I'm no expert but the ingredients list looks good as far as I can tell and we have had no allergic reactions so far.

Get it if you like applying moisturizers to your body and are looking for some good hydration plus healing for your dry skin during winter. It does work is all I can say coz I've seen it work on my husband's dry and cracked hands. I think I'm gonna repurchase it once I finish this bottle. I have also used the Jergens shea butter moisturizer before and loved it. I have to say the brand does come out with some good ones.
